A beachfront penthouse on Palm Jumeirah, redesigned around uninterrupted sea views with motorized Somfy curtains and in-house joinery.
A calm, neutral material palette lets the views lead. Motorized Somfy drapery manages light and privacy without breaking the sightlines to the Gulf, while Italian panelling unifies the living and dining spaces.
Joinery — from the media wall to the dressing room — was manufactured in-house and installed to suit the penthouse's existing structural constraints.
