These terms govern your use of www.baitalebdaa.com ('the site'). By browsing the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. They cover the website only — a separate signed agreement governs any actual fit-out or joinery project.

Text, photography, renders, pricing tables and project descriptions on this site are provided for general information about Bait Al Ebdaa's services and are updated periodically. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that every figure or image reflects the current state of every project or price at all times.
Pricing, the Cost Estimator & Quotations
Prices shown on the Pricing page and figures produced by the on-site cost estimator are indicative starting guidance based on typical scope and size, not a binding quotation. A firm price is issued only after a site survey and is confirmed in a written quotation. Submitting a form, using the estimator or messaging us on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not an order — no project work begins, and no contract is formed, until both parties sign a project agreement setting out the final scope, price, payment schedule and timeline.
Project Agreements
Any fit-out, joinery or design project itself — including payment terms, delivery timelines, variations, cancellation and the workmanship warranty referenced on this site — is governed by that separate signed project agreement, not by these website terms. Where the two conflict for an active project, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, text, photography and renders belong to Bait Al Ebdaa or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Concept designs, renders or drawings prepared for a specific enquiry remain Bait Al Ebdaa's property unless the signed project agreement for that project states otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Form submissions are delivered using Resend, and WhatsApp buttons open Meta's WhatsApp service directly — each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which we don't control. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information you submit to us directly.
Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" for general guidance. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Bait Al Ebdaa is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of indicative content on this site — including estimator output or displayed pricing — before a written quotation or signed project agreement is in place.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
