This page explains what information Bait Al Ebdaa ('we', 'us') collects when you use www.baitalebdaa.com, and how we use it. We collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiry.
Information We Collect
We collect information you submit directly through our contact form, quote request form and careers form: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your project, company or job application (including a CV file, for careers applications). We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.
How We Use Your Information
Form submissions are sent as an email directly to our team using Resend, a transactional email service that processes your message on our behalf in order to deliver it to us — Resend's own handling of that data is governed by Resend's privacy policy (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy), not this one. We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, quote request or job application, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat in WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. This opens WhatsApp's own service, which has its own privacy policy; we do not control how WhatsApp itself handles your data. Any details you send us over WhatsApp are used the same way as a website enquiry: to respond to you.
Ask Ali, our AI chat assistant
The Ask Ali chat on this site is an AI assistant. When you use it, your messages, and any photo you choose to attach, are sent to Google's Gemini API so it can write a reply; Google processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store chat conversations on our servers. If you ask the assistant to send a quote request, the name, phone number, email address and project details you give in the chat are emailed to our team through Resend and handled the same way as any other website enquiry. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use browser local storage. If we enable Google Analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the cookies it sets and how to opt out.
Data Retention
We retain enquiry and application emails only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received and for legitimate business or legal requirements. You may contact us to request deletion of your personal information, subject to any retention we are required or permitted to maintain. We don't control, and haven't verified, how long Resend itself retains data while it's processing your message on our behalf — see Resend's privacy policy for that.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of it, subject to any retention we are required or permitted to maintain, by emailing info@baitalebdaa.com.
