A Downtown Dubai office fit-out for a technology company, covering MEP coordination, Dubai Municipality approvals and full interior delivery.
Open-plan workstations, meeting rooms and a reception area were finished with custom joinery panelling, with cable management and acoustic treatment designed in from the start rather than added later.
Bait Al Ebdaa's in-house design and fit-out team delivered the project end to end, including all authority submissions.
