- Client Contact Details: Full name, UAE telephone number, WhatsApp contact info, and email address.
- Property Specifications: Villa or commercial office plot number, community location, and square footage measurements.
3D Architectural CAD Files Protection
All 3D BIM spatial models, AutoCAD floorplans, and joinery schematics uploaded or generated for your villa fit-out are stored on encrypted Firebase Cloud Storage with strict access controls limited strictly to assigned Senior Architects and site engineers.
Government NOC Submissions Transparency
Submissions filed with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), and Civil Defense (DCD) are transmitted strictly for statutory approval purposes.
